Razionale scientifico

Modern oncology is characterised by an increasing need for precise, evidence-based decision-making in a wide range of clinical scenarios. The rapid expansion of scientific knowledge and the continuous development of innovative therapeutic strategies make it essential for clinicians to rely on structured, research-based frameworks supported by expert interpretation. The MRO.36 course has been specifically designed to provide participants with a comprehensive, evidence-based framework for clinical decision-making, enriched by expert insights and real-world experience. By integrating the latest research findings with practical clinical perspectives, the course aims to help clinicians translate evidence into optimal treatment choices. The programme will focus on four major disease sites — lung, prostate, rectal and cervical cancers — selected for their clinical relevance and the significant evolution in their management in recent years. Through lectures, interactive discussions and case-based sessions, participants will learn to navigate complex therapeutic pathways, evaluate available evidence and apply it effectively in daily practice. The course fosters a multidisciplinary and interactive learning environment to enhance critical thinking, refine decision-making processes and improve patient-centred care in modern oncology.
