Razionale scientifico

Pulmonary involvement is one of the most important clinical manifestations in the course of rheumatic diseases, which requires a dedicated update of clinicians and health providers for the diagnostic problems it raises as well as for the choice of the best therapeutic approach. The aim of the Masterclass on Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD) is to provide an in-depth view of the problem in different clinical contexts with a practical methodology that is as close as possible to clinical practice, ensuring participants acquire hands-on skills that are immediately applicable. The latest trends and strategies in the field will be deeply covered, and particular attention will be paid not only to ILD but also to the update of the ERS/EULAR guidelines, pulmonary hypertension, to the interpretation and usefulness of the usual diagnostic approaches as well as to the therapeutic novelties. The course includes lectures by leading experts in the field and round table discussions after the presentation of clinical cases presented by young investigators. Therefore, this event goes beyond regular learning and the participants will have the opportunity to meet experts, industry leaders and make valuable connections.
