Razionale scientifico

Pulmonary hypertension (PH) remains a complex, progressive, and life-threatening disease associated with substantial morbidity, impaired quality of life, and premature mortality. Despite remarkable advances in diagnosis and treatment, PH continues to require early recognition, accurate risk assessment, and a multidisciplinary management strategy. Recent developments in imaging, haemodynamic evaluation, risk stratification, and targeted therapies are rapidly transforming the care of PH patients, opening new opportunities for personalized treatment and improved outcomes. The Pulmonary Hypertension Meeting aims to provide an interactive forum where clinicians and researchers can discuss current challenges and emerging evidence in the field. Particular attention will be devoted to the most relevant therapeutic innovations, including novel disease-modifying treatments and evolving management strategies across different PH populations. Through expert lectures, case-based discussions, and scientific updates, the meeting will promote evidence-based practice, multidisciplinary collaboration, and the translation of the latest scientific advances into everyday clinical care.
